The DNR2011 conditions below apply to all offers and agreements of Onno Jongerius Consult BV (hereinafter Jongerius Consult).
If you have complaints about the performance of the agreement, the following complaints procedure applies in addition to the DNR2011 conditions.
Complaints procedure
If the Client has a complaint about the performance by Jongerius Consult of activities that fall under a certification scheme, the Client should in the first instance turn to Jongerius Consult. If necessary, the Client can subsequently turn to the certification body.
The Client must in any case give Jongerius Consult 4 (four) weeks to resolve the complaint in mutual consultation.
